I spend a good portion of my time designing and facilitating group interaction whether to create action plans, strategic plans, or working groups for moving initiatives forward. It is my passion to support groups in achieving tangible outcomes to meet their goals through effective and enjoyable processes.

I design and facilitate meetings and gatherings with an emphasis on interactive, participatory style meetings. One of my primary approaches is using Liberating Structures along with other methods such as World Cafe, Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, and other large group/whole systems approaches.

While effective meetings and events can be supportive to or even catalyze communities and networks, there is much more to the care and feeding of communities and networks. I work to support the ideation, planning and implementation phases for communities.

Testimonials:

We enjoyed working with Laura Titzer, and I was personally very happy to see how responsive she and her partner were in adjusting the meeting program when required. We covered a lot of material, and I am convinced that the participants left the meeting feeling re-energized and excited about the steps moving forward with structuring our group and strengthening our area farmers markets. – Jess Sappington, Kitsap Community and Agricultural Alliance.
